We’re calling upon all allocators, supervisors, and line managers to complete the Driving Health Allocator Training Program (DHAT) launching on Wednesday 3rd November! It’s developed by the Driving Health team at Monash University to help improve the health and wellbeing of truck drivers so we can keep Australia moving as we enter the busiest time of year!
What is it?
The overarching goal of the DHAT program is to increase awareness and understanding among allocators, line managers and supervisors about the factors they can impact or control in order to support and improve the health and wellbeing of drivers.
How it works:
· Begin the Driving Health Allocator Training program HERE.
· The online program is free, confidential, and only takes 20 minutes to complete.
· You’ll be asked a few questions about your work in the trucking industry and factors impacting truck driver health.
· Upon completion of the program, you’ll be provided with downloadable resources outlining what you can do to support and improve the health and wellbeing of drivers.
Why should I do it?
With your industry experience and practical knowledge, you’ll provide important feedback on how we can make a sustainable impact on driver health.
